BAM Galleries Accessibility

On-street disabled parking zones are located in front of the Bancroft and Durant entrances. A wheelchair is available without charge at the Bancroft entrance. To reserve a wheelchair, call (510) 642-5243.

TTY service is available in the Durant lobby, next to the pay phones.

PFA Theater Accessibility

Wheelchair access to the theater is from the Bancroft parking structure east to west along the north face of Hearst Gymnasium, down the ramp, then left through the Barrows Hall breezeway to Hearst Walk. For disabled drop-off, vehicles may use Barrow Lane to access the Barrows Hall breezeway. Please consult map on this page, or call (510) 642-1412 for more information. The theater has six wheelchair stations with companion seating.
