E@RLY: Rock N Roll “Flea Market”
May 12, 2013; 12:00 NOON; Gallery BRSVP on Facebook
Programmed by Brontez Purnell
The Bay Area has long boasted a bold and majestic history of punk and rock’n’roll music. We honor rock devotees with a good old-fashioned record swap. Bring your old dust-gathering vinyl or CDs and expect tables by Maximum Rocknroll magazine, 1234 Go! Records, and a handful of rock artists that also deal in other media such as publishing, visual art, recording, and organizing. Plus live music by Warm Soda, Puce Moment, and High Anxiety, and DJ sets by Ian Baldridge and Jesse Luscious.
E@RLY is made possible by Ann Hatch/Tin Man Fund, the Thomas J. Long Foundation, and the continued support of the BAM/PFA Trustees. Special thanks to media sponsors East Bay Express and San Francisco Bay Guardian.
